IT Strategy
Our approach towards developing an IT strategy is to avoid developing “paper based” studies that end up on the CIO’s shelf. We take a unique approach to developing a customized IT Strategy Model that aligns our clients business and IT strategies. We provide an IT Strategy Model as a starting point and work with client resources to tailor to their specific business environment. Specific performance metrics are developed and used to monitor results.

Software Evaluation and Selection
We have an objective software selection approach that focuses on critical business processes and scenarios that make our clients unique. These processes and business scenarios become the foundation for defining value based business and technology requirements. Each vendor is objectively assessed, rated and ranked based on their ability to deliver these requirements. We work with our clients based on a short-list of prospective vendors to facilitate demonstrations, perform cost/benefit analysis and create an implementation blueprint to help our clients select the optimal vendor. The total selection timeframe is typically accelerated based on our approach, templates and vendor experiences.

Systems Implementation
Depending on our clients implementation needs, our experienced team can be flexible in performing different project roles. Roles can vary from project management, business analysts, implementation resources, or quality assurance roles.
